Jobs costing more than $50 require a 15% deposit.
Payment*
Print Jobs may be purchased by Campus Cash only. Campus Cash is a declining balance account on your UB ID CARD - funds do not expire. A card may be activated & funds added in person or billed to tuition before your last bill of the semester at 101 The Commons (north campus). Start up is $50 & transfers are in $25 increments.
At MYUBCARD you add funds billing to your tuition or with a credit card. Credit card funds are availabe in same day or 24hrs if billing tuition w/credit card transfer if your card has been activated.

*Those who lack a UB ID CARD may pay by check.

Big Archival Prints - BAP
Is located in B33 Print Media area of the CFA. Large format printing available to UB students, faculty, staff who wish to print materials of a maximum width of 44" and a max length of 30'. This printing service is available to students and staff at a significantly reduced price compared to commercial options.

Submitting Jobs
A print job on CD or jump drive may be placed in the drop box on door or B33 with a completed BAP Job Form. Fill out all the personal information and details required to process your job. Jobs may also be submitted in person with a completed BAP Job Form.
